The dream that started Area Residential Care—that people with disabilities have the right to work, live, and participate in their community—is still going strong today. Throughout the last 40 years there have been many people responsible for the continued growth of this agency, but we still need your help in order for that growth and progress to continue.

• Make a gift that will help secure the agency’s financial future.
  Area Residential Care accepts gifts of cash, stocks, and securities. Planned gifts may be made through bequests, trusts, charitable gift annuities, life insurance, personal property, real estate, and retirement plan assets.
• Donate an item from our Wish List.
  We often have specific needs in our homes that you can help meet by donating your gently used items such as appliances, furniture, and recreational equipment.
• Volunteer your time.
  We are always looking for assistance in our homes or for various events.
